📄 SEODesignLab Proprietary License Terms

1. Grant of License

SEODesignLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LinkedIn Recruitment AI software ("Software") subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Permitted Uses:

• Use the Software for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes
• Analyze LinkedIn profiles for candidates you have permission to evaluate
• Generate recruitment insights and reports for internal business use
• Access the Software through the provided web interface

2. Restrictions

• Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Redistribution: You may not distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Modification: You may not modify, adapt, alter, or create derivative works
• Commercial Resale: You may not resell access to the Software or its outputs
• Automated Access: You may not use automated tools to scrape or mass-access the Software
• Unauthorized Sharing: You may not share login credentials or provide unauthorized access

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all algorithms, artificial intelligence models, user interfaces, and related documentation, is the exclusive property of SEODesignLab and is protected by:

• United States and international copyright laws
• Trade secret protections
• Patent applications (pending)
• Trademark registrations

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by SEODesignLab.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Data Processing:

• The Software processes LinkedIn profile data in real-time
• No personal data is stored on our servers
• All processing occurs through secure, encrypted connections
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to analyze profiles

Privacy Compliance:

• The Software is designed to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
• You must comply with all applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction
• You must respect LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SEODESIGNLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy of AI-generated insights
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Warranties regarding compatibility with third-party services

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEODESIGNLAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Hiring decisions based on Software outputs
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party claims or legal actions

SEODESIGNLAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

Professional Use Requirements:

• Use the Software only for legitimate business purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of analyzed individuals
• Combine AI insights with human judgment in hiring decisions
• Maintain confidentiality of recruitment information

Prohibited Uses:

• Discriminatory hiring practices
• Harassment or stalking of individuals
• Violation of employment laws or regulations
• Any illegal or unethical activities

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. SEODesignLab may terminate this license immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Software immediately ceases
• You must discontinue all use of the Software
• All restrictions and obligations survive termination

9. Updates and Modifications

SEODesignLab reserves the right to:

• Update or modify the Software at any time
• Change these license terms with reasonable notice
• Discontinue features or services
• Implement usage limitations or restrictions

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where SEODesignLab is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
